In her role, Dawn oversees the firm's major initiatives, making sure all client engagements are completed successfully, while providing leadership to the firm’s partner group as well as their invaluable employees. Dawn's status as a chartered accountant from the United Kingdom strengthens her perspective on client strategies internationally, raising the firm's strategy to new heights outside of the continental U.S.

Previously, she led the firm's assurance services with special attention to the manufacturing and distribution, employee benefits, and not-for-profit industries. She provided a wide range of services as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, including forecasting, budgeting, due diligence, internal control evaluation, and advising.
