He has a wealth of knowledge in financial and tax planning for closely held businesses and high-net worth individuals. David also serves as the firm's lead partner within the estate, gift, and trust services area. Some of David’s responsibilities include the review of individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns, as well as state income and franchise tax returns. He also provides consultation on more complex accounting issues, including estate planning, exit planning, and consolidations/acquisitions. In addition, David also supervises and trains our current tax staff, along with working with his clients to research any additional tax resolutions.
